Coming from Johannesburg using the M1 Freeway

  • Take the M1 North to Pretoria. M1 flows into the N1 North at the interchange after the "Buccleuch" off-ramp, (Exit no 104)
  • Proceed north on the N1 to Pretoria past Midrand
  • At the N1/N14 interchange continue on N1 to Pietersburg / N4 Witba
  • This is approximately a 15km stretch until you get to the N1/N4/M2 interchange
  • Take the M2 to Pretoria exit (No. 145)
  • The offramp changes to 'Pretorius' Street with a fast foods shopping complex on the left-hand side
  • Pass the 1st set of robots which is Gordon Road, pass over Jan Shoba Street
  • Turn Left into Grosvenor Street and cross over Francis Baard Street
  • Cross over one set of robots at the Gautrain station
  • The next street is Park - turn left at the robot and proceed for approximately 50m
  • Turn left into iParioli Office Park no 1166 Park Street.

Coming from the N1 Freeway

  • Take the N1 North to Pretoria. Until the NI/M1/N3 interchange
  • Proceed north on the N1 to Pretoria past Midrand
  • At the N1/N14 interchange continue on N1 to Pietersburg / N4 Witbank
  • This is approximately a 15km stretch until you get to the N1/N4/M2 interchange
  • Take the M2 to Pretoria exit (No. 145)

  • Take the N3/N12 towards Pretoria. Until the NI/M1/N3 interchange
  • Get onto the N1 to Pretoria past Midrand
  • At the N1/N14 interchange continue on N1 to Pietersburg / N4 Witbank
  • This is approximately a 15km stretch until you get to the N1/N4/M2 interchange
  • Take the M2 to Pretoria exit (No. 145)

Coming from Johannesburg International Airport using the R21

  • Take the R21 North to Pretoria
  • Take the on-ramp No. 134 onto the N1 North to Pietersburg
  • Proceed north on the N1 to Pietersburg / N4 Witbank Freeway
  • The offramp changes to 'Pretorius' Street with a fast foods shopping complex on the left-hand side
  • Pass the 1st set of robots which is Gordon Road, Pass over Jan Shoba Street
  • Turn Left into Grosvenor Street and cross over Francis Baard Street
  • Cross over one set of robots at the Gautrain stat
  • The next street is Park - turn left at the robot and proceed for approximately 50m
  • Turn left into iParioli Office Park no 1166 Park Street

Coming from Pretoria City Centre

  • Take Francis Baard Street from the city and proceed in an easterly direction towards N1 Polokwane
  • Drive past Arcadia and into Hatfield until you get to Grosvenor Street
  • Turn right into Grosvenor Street and drive past one set of robots at the Gautrain station
  • The next street is Park - turn left at the robot and proceed for approximately 50m
  • Turn left into iParioli Office Park no 1166 Park Street
