STATEMENT BY THE MINISTER OF COMMUNICATIONS AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES ON THE JUDGMENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT ON THE FINAL ANALOGUE SWITCH-OFF DATE AND END OF DUAL ILLUMINATION

The Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies notes today’s judgment of the Constitutional Court of South Africa setting aside the order of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Pretoria of 29 March 2022.

The Minister respects the judgment of the Constitutional Court and is studying it in detail and will communicate in due course on the process forward.
